Do you create portraits of pets other than dogs and cats?
Absolutely! We’ve created portraits of many different pets—from charming bunnies to vibrant pet birds. If it’s an animal, we can bring it to life in a portrait. Please note, however, that we currently do not offer portraits of humans.
Can I see a preview of my art before it’s shipped?
To ensure a quick turnaround, we do not provide previews before shipping. However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out to request a new one. To help you get the best result, please review our Image Guidelines before submitting your photo.
Can I include more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes! You can feature two or three pets together in a single digital portrait.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change the frame color or size, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. After 12 hours, changes depend on availability and may delay shipping.
Can I receive the portrait without a name?
Certainly! Just enter “NO NAME” in the name box if you prefer your portrait without your pet’s name.
What makes a good photo?

Use a well-lit area, ideally with natural light, and avoid filters.

A close-up, head-on shot is best for capturing your pet’s face.
