🚚 Issues With Your Order?
If you received:

The wrong product

An incorrect size or print

Or if your order arrived damaged in transit
We’ll gladly replace it — no questions asked.
Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🔁 Changed Your Mind?
You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of purchase.
After that window, changes are not guaranteed, as our artists may have already started working on your portrait.
📸 Photo Guidelines
We create your artwork based on the photo you upload. Please follow our photo submission tips to ensure the best possible result.

Submitting a low-quality image may result in lower-quality artwork.

We cannot offer refunds or redos for portraits made from unsuitable photos.

You’re welcome to add order notes (like preferred edits), but we can’t guarantee every request can be met.
✅ What we can do: Remove red-eye, adjust eye color, minor touch-ups
🚫 What we can't do: Open or close mouths, add smiles, heavily alter poses
