Because each of our pet portraits is custom-made with love, please allow a little extra time for us to personalize and prepare your order from the moment it’s placed.

Canada:
Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note: During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may extend up to 3 weeks.

Good news! We offer FREE shipping across Canada — no limits, no codes, no hassle.

📌 Important Notes

• Need to change your shipping address?
  Updates must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please check your confirmation email and contact us right away if changes are needed.

• Photo submissions:
  We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos after they’ve been submitted with your order.

• Military addresses:
  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military addresses. If one is provided at checkout, we’ll contact you to request an alternative.
  If shipping to the new address costs more than the original, we’ll send an invoice for the difference and will proceed once it's paid.
